She has received 31 RIAA certification plaques since March, 2018. 4 of them were for albums and 27 of them were for singles across her entire discography so I'd say her certifications are pretty up-to-date. Because the list on the OP includes features (which RIAA doesn't count, they only go by lead credits) and double counts single certifications, as they are already included in an albums' certification. The RIAA may not count certifications for featured artists but features count in the "records sold" tally for every artist and that's what this list is about. A single that's certified 10x platinum will make its parent album platinum eligible. Combining both those certifications for a total tally of 11M is counting the single units again. Taylor Swift for example did not sell 46M album units in addition to 142M single units; those single units (at least the ones from her albums) are already included in the 46M tally. Records sold made sense when singles and albums were certified based on how well they sold on their own. But that's not the case now, as the single consumption is now part of an album certification.
