Overall, I can see Cardi B climbing to the top five with features and only as long as those above her remain under-certified ie. It appears Cardi would have 42M certified singles +59.5M lead certified singles +5M albums (IOP shipped 500k units in the US alone in 2019 and 2020 when the album was already approaching 4M eligibility) could put her at 106.5M (this includes WAP) at #6. #4 and current #6 seems to have done a huge cert update over the years. #1-3 likely have tons of uncertified numbers #5 had an upgrade over the past year or so so she relies on xmas upgrades. If Beyonce, Britney and Adele along with #1-#3 ever decided to do an overhaul update then I could see the numbers ranking: 1. Rihanna 2. Taylor 3. Adele 4. Nicki 5. Beyonce 6. Cardi 7. Katy 8. Mariah 9. Britney 10. Gaga possibly taking #9 with newer material in the 2020s

B10 ain’t happening anytime soon (if ever) so there’s no point in waiting around.
