Forgot to put this in the post, but Filthy is as polarizing a lead single as Not Myself Tonight.

Of course, Say Something might be able to salvage the era, which You Lost Me was unable to do

Applause didn't salvage ARTPOP so I doubt any single wil

These numbers are a mess, but still more than most artists can do, especially after being in the industry for so long. Look at Gaga, Katy, Kelly, Christina, Britney, Eminem etc. it's over for these artists that used to be massive.

Camila coming for a 4th week in the Top 10. :clap3: no comment from @DELE2125 this week? :deadbanana:

She was quite literally the biggest star of 2013 and she still only did 270k in a year when Justin's album almost did 1m, so it's not really fair to compare it

Thanks for reminding me 1M ---> 200k

DWUW might have been able to if Troy originally had gotten someone less problematic than R Kelly to sing the second verse, and had not abandoned her right before the album was released, causing her depression + the blackout.

JT doesn't have any of that going on, so it's possible I suppose.

Damn. His lead over Migos, and also their pure sales. :deadbanana2:

What’s coming out next week?

Fifty Shades Soundtrack vs.  Black Panther Soundtrack

I don't think selling 225k is as tragic as, per se, selling 33k after having your biggest era

And now you’re throwing Miley under the bus to defend this abomination of those prediction numbers

uh Do What U Want could've been huge had it had the right artist and better sfw lyrics. I was really disappointed it stalled.

what I've learned from flop pop eras is that the usually get worse the more you fix it :cm:

Glitter, Witness, Bionic  :rip:

Just flop with grace and come back the next era. Once you mess up your image, the public tunes you out.

omg, and it was the released the week of the Super Bowl. :deadbanana4:

I listened to tit on Spotify earlier and I couldn't get into at all.

Miley was most hated with Bangerz in 2013 and she did more than this and there was no SPS around to help her #s.

Plus she didn't perform for an audience of 100M+ viewers DAYS before she released the album.

Flawed logic.

This is bad :rip: First the Super Bowl had really low ratings, and now his album is not even selling that good. He's truly over.

The music is bad, his halftime show was boring and he's old now plus a lot of people hate him because of the Janet drama. He should do acting more.

There’s some point that Miley stan has made sis. Miley didn’t perform in front of 100 million TV viewers in the country

SB will soften the blow but I don’t see big numbers in the cards.

True. It’s likely the labels trying to salvage though. But if I were a pop star, at the first sign I was flopping I wasn’t coming out of my house for a year.

Justin on the other hand...

Maybe he should run to SNL and make dick skits for sales

Flawed logic is you comparing a 2013 album to a 2018 one. She also had two massive hits.

But that still doesn't help JT tho.

Sis you’re proving his point further, Miley had 2 massive hits while being provocative and controversial. What has he done to inspire those poor sales? Specially that his last album was successful, he had a #1 single last year and he played a generic performance at the SB the week his album dropped.

I’m starting to doubt if Vegas would ever adopt him xHzF1rN.gif

And JT's already done that
