She is already at 690k and with MR still selling the album and future singles incoming (hopefully two more) she will make it eventually! Even if the future singles flop they will still help the era stay afloat until it reaches platinum!

Very possible, Interscope is just too lazy to update her certifactions because it costs them money. The Fame is at least 5x Platinum, BTW (single) at 3x Gold and TEOG at least Platinum, if not even more. Bad Romance should be 3x Gold as well. ARTPOP *might* be Gold.

Her album track streams are on par with huge streaming forces. She is only lacking in terms of singles streams. She just needs one big streaming hit single tbh.

There's no way DH, Joanne, SP, CTM, HG, AD, GG and JAD would've gotten that many streams in 5 days especially more than A-YO, PI and JW
