US digital sales: The Cure, @ladygaga 393,643 (total).

yeah if she continues to release songs like the cure and promote it on spotify her streaming can grow to katy perry level, which is really good for her...

I think with good promo she is still capable of a big hit, joanne proved that

if the cure got a full week of sales/streams + TTH day one it could've debuted top 20

Do we have updated Joanne US SPS figures?

If it's been collecting 5k units per week lately it can't be that far from platinum now :dancehall:

2,166 copies

The tour was outside the country for most of the week. Same for the upcoming week, besides the Philly dates.

Tour boost is over, sadly, the only push the album can get is due to the documentary release, but hopefully it will still top 600k by the end of the year.

She still has 20 more US dates in Nov/Dec. :cm:

Joanne might drop too much by then for its sales to pick up like they did this time around. 38k isn't that much. With Christmas sales boost, she'll still get to 600k, which is fine.

It never crossed 1M in the UK. :cm:

The last sales we got in 2016 were the ones where it was 11k short. If it actually crossed 1M, the Official Chart Company would have made an official announcment on Twitter, but they didn't. They automatically certify/acknowledge milestones, unlike in the US where you first have to fill out applications to get your certification.

So I was going by this forum mixed with UKMIX stats... BTW was at 986,847 in September 2014 based on official charts Nov 2013 numbers plus sales since then (UKMIX). It seems unlikely it only sold another 3K over 2 years and 4 months.

Buzzjack estimated at the end of 2015 BTW was at about 997K (+10.1K over 16 months). At the end of 2016 they estimated it at 1,009,700 (+12.7K over 12 months with Joanne era bump). Obviously not official since they're rounding estimates, but it seems very likely it's over 1M.

In other news, Poker Face should cross 7.5M in sales by November!
