Sure,an album that sold nearly 4M SPS can't be a bomb. it's just OGHs narrative of course since it didn't do as good as ASIB 1

It surpassed Joanne in SPS but just slightly under ARTPOP for SPS, which is honestly amazing given that ARTPOP had the benefit of being in a better sales environment. Chromatica was a moderately successful era, and she's been pretty consistent doing 5M-3M-4M in the ARTPOP-Joanne-Chromatica run. 1

ARTPOP - 1.8 million Joanne - 1.5 million Chromatica 1.4 million I mean not by a lot, and ARTPOP and Joanne were padded by pure sales when they were more prevalent. Chromatica did okay in the US. "Okay" or "moderate" are the best ways I would describe the era's performance as a whole. I still maintain she's been really consistent sales-wise. Edited January 9 by Aden
