Also not to mention when they certified her last time they under certified her for some odd reason. I think 13 management is responsible for her certs and not republic tbh maybe that's why they don't really prioritize it I'm not sure they did it. It was certified simultaneously to lover. I doubt republic and BMR agreed to certified the same day…and pretty sure if Taylor wants she can update the certs

NEX Posted April 5 Posted April 5 Does anyone know how many consecutive weeks Taylor spent on the BB200 Top 10 and if that's some kind of uninterrupted run record?

Adele's 21 had a 78 consecutive week run and Bruce Springsteen's Born In the USA had an 84 week uninterrupted run as well. Thankfully Morgan's Dangerous album got knocked out during the Christmas season in its first two years otherwise he would have a 100+ week streak with that album alone ddd. It looks like The Beatles' longest run was 64 weeks when Meet the Beatles! shot up to #3 in February 1964 & lasting until Beatles '65 dropped to #12 in May 1965, so they're not a factor for once ddd. I think Peter, Paul and Mary might have a longer streak than that as well, since Billboard lists their debut album as having 85 weeks in the top 10 and that album passed the baton to another long running top 10 album called In the Wind. However, their debut album pre-dates the combined Billboard 200 that's available on their website so it'd be annoying to try and see if those 85 weeks for their debut were consecutive in 1962 ddd. But I figure they might be the record holder? Not sure. I'm also not sure about any other prolific 60s or 70s acts that issued hit albums quickly. I believe she at least has the longest current streak of the 2020s decade. Morgan might overtake her eventually though, since it looks like she'll be ousted from the top 10 on Sunday's update.
