TSLGNMA Posted January 2, 2018 Author Posted January 2, 2018 Results: 40-36 #40: Charlie Puth - Attention Not much of a fan, but I was pleasantly surprised with this song. #39: BloodPop and Justin Bieber - Friends My favorite song of Bieber's besides Company. A good mindless bop if you look past the bad lyrics. #38: Ed Sheeran - Galway Girl The only redeeming thing on Divide. #37: Lana Del Rey - Love I've seen many Lana fans put this song up there as one of her best; I personally do not. It is a beautiful song though and I'm glad to have it on the list. #36: Imagine Dragons - Thunder My least favorite single from Evolve so far... but still pretty great!
TSLGNMA Posted January 2, 2018 Author Posted January 2, 2018 (edited) The next 5 singles are coming soon for all of you perched souls. Edited January 2, 2018 by TSLGNMA
TSLGNMA Posted January 2, 2018 Author Posted January 2, 2018 (edited) Results: 35-31 #35: Sam Smith - Too Good At Goodbyes I was nervous about his comeback, but he really delivered. #34: Cheat Codes ft. Demi Lovato - No Promises I slept on this at first but it's really quite great. #33: Taylor Swift ft. Ed Sheeran and Future - End Game Best single so far on Reputation. God-away Car is coming though! #32: Halsey - Bad At Love I'm lowkey starting to be a little bit of a fan of some Halsey. She released quality this year. #31: Camila Cabello - Crying in the Club Deserved over Havana. Sia did THAT in the bathroom! Edited January 2, 2018 by TSLGNMA
ATRL Moderator feelslikeadream Posted January 2, 2018 ATRL Moderator Posted January 2, 2018 OK I listened to Tragic Kingdom or whatever and didn't remember any songs, but then I heard Bad At Love on the radio a few weeks ago and was HOOKED. I've been listening so much since then

I disliked everything on the album upon first listening but after being snatched by Bad At Love on the radio, I went back and re-listened and there are a some songs that I quite like tbh. I wouldn’t consider myself a fan at this point but I’m glad she’s having some success. Edited January 2, 2018 by TSLGNMA
TSLGNMA Posted January 2, 2018 Author Posted January 2, 2018 Out of the artists from numbers 40-31, only Lana, Imagine Dragons, and Halsey have further appearances on the list.

TSLGNMA Posted January 3, 2018 Author Posted January 3, 2018 (edited) Results: 30-26 #30: Bruno Mars - That's What I Like I prefer 24 Magic over this song, but this one is still fantastic and deserved its success. #29: NF - Let You Down This one took me by surprise; it's what Eminem should have released tbh. #28: Keith Urban ft. Carrie Underwood - The Fighter A pop-county bop!! Weew. #27: Beck - Up All Night I was a bit shook when he released this lowkey pop masterpiece off his most recent album Colors #26: David Guetta ft. Nicki Minaj and Lil Wayne All I can say is that this goes OFF and deserved better. It FLOPPED hard despite being Nicki and David's best collaboration. Edited January 3, 2018 by TSLGNMA
TSLGNMA Posted January 3, 2018 Author Posted January 3, 2018 ^ None of the artists from that batch (30-26) have any more entries.
jacklovesyou1 Posted January 3, 2018 Posted January 3, 2018 TWIL is becoming one of my faves from Bruno
TSLGNMA Posted January 3, 2018 Author Posted January 3, 2018 Results: 25-21 #25: Dua Lipa - New Rules Kinda saved female pop in 2017. #24: Clean Bandit ft. Zara Larsson - Symphony Both catchy and beautiful at the same time. #23: Drake - Passionfruit I was so sick of Drake by the time More Life was release, but he gave us QUALITY with this. #22: Niall Horan - Slow Hands I never thought I'd like a Niall Horan song, but here we are. #21: G-Eazy and Halsey - Him & I I still can't believe how much I like this song nnn. So random. I first heard it just ~2 weeks ago and it almost made the top 20.
TSLGNMA Posted January 4, 2018 Author Posted January 4, 2018 Now with the first 20 songs out of the way, real quality is about to be displayed in the top 20.
TSLGNMA Posted January 4, 2018 Author Posted January 4, 2018 (edited) Results: 20-16 #20: Shawn Mendes - There's Nothing Holdin' Me Back 3rd times the charm; this is his best song and the best version of Stitches. #19: French Montana ft. Swae Lee - Unforgettable Oddly great and I love Swae Lee's voice on the chorus. He really makes the song. #18: Kesha - Praying What a perfect comeback and she totally re-branded herself. I wish it had more chart success. #17: Fall Out Boy - Last of the Real Ones Blink and you missed this one (as well as likely the entire album) but I love the instrumental. #16: Lorde - Green Light What can I say... it's the lead single to the best album of 2017.
