    Madonna

Guys, question: What do you think of Madonna's streams compared to The Pussycat Dolls? From what I see their biggest song is a little bit bigger than all Madonna songs besides Popular but their daily streams are almost half of Madonna's The Pussycat Dolls Top Songs On Spotify (29/04/2024): Don't Cha 571,638,640 272,118 Buttons 376,584,362 199,286 Stickwitu 342,846,108 187,336 So how did this happen? Is it that their song Don't Cha slowed down or is it that all Madonna songs are doing much better now?

    Its a chop, I fear

    Pitchfork - Radical Optimism 6.6

apparently if you adjust it to poptimism it's actually like 5.0 - or at least that's what Dua stans told me when TTPD got the same score

    Dua Lipa - 'Radical Optimism'

better than braindead OT: the pop girls are not doing well this year, they need to switch it up
  6. Heirloom

    Dua Lipa - 'Radical Optimism'

Nobody praised End of an Era enough, like that's music for classy people like me
  7. TTPD. I love Taylor but I just don't see myself going back to this particular album. It's too long and some of the lyrics feel like word salad masquerading as "poetry". The other albums I'd probably voluntarily listen to again in the future. If I were to rank them, it'd be reputation > Lover > Midnights.

    Dua Lipa - 'Radical Optimism'

These Walls is stuck in my head. Its the only one where the chorus stuck after first listen

    Pitchfork - Radical Optimism 6.6

    Well…
  10. Half joking... She's released a decade's worth of material in just 4 years and will be on tour for 2+... She has at least earned a 5+ year break..... at the same time I can't take the constant negative surrounding Her so my spiteful side wishes She would retire after the tour and never release music again just to shut everyone up.
  11. What is annoying to me is that she's kinda held to an higher standard compared to some other girls *caugh Miley caugh* But at the same time I get it... FN follow up, mega hype due to her working with Kevin/Danny, and those damn psychedelic/rave comments she was always going to fail unless she delivered something perfect. Oh well, it well make her fume and she will come back harder next time

    Lady Gaga

I saw Challengers yesterday and... let's just say Gar's Oscar is safe. I liked it visually and the soundtrack was dope but the scripwriting was tragic. Zendaya was mid.

    Tokio Hotel - "The Weekend"

Excited for new music ! Hope it's more in the Dream Machine Style I really didn't like the 2001 Album except like two or three songs! looking forward if the new music makes any numbers since the Twins are really popular again in Germany

    Lady Gaga

hmmm let's see how frequently she will tease this time

  17. Cologne is 60% sold, Berlin and Munich 70% tickets sold

    Dua Lipa - 'Radical Optimism'

I'm really digging this album since first listen but it still needs some more time to grow on me I fear. There is only 1 track I don't really vibe with (it's maria) but the rest bops! Anything for Love is wayyy too short tho

    Camila Cabello - 'C,XOXO'

    she's coming!
  20. They are apparently going to an exclusive Tommy Hilfiger event as ambassadors, hence why they are all also wearing the brand at the airport. The event is on May 3, which is today.

    Kendrick Lamar - "euphoria"

Are you me? This was my first and lasting impression of the album. As a casual observer, Kendrick has the image of a serious poetic rapper but boy, no one talks about the comedic elements. When he does that mocking tone … he's such a troll and just makes the zingers sting even harder. He does it without sounding cartoonish like Nicki's shtick. I'd listened to MMATBS so i was familiar with We Cry Together. I didn't know he'd done something similar with the first interlude on TPAB. Those theatrical elements really gives the album dimension, and once I get a chance to revisit the lyrics, depth too, I'm sure. I just listened to Dua's album this morning and my biggest critique is everything running on the same frequency. An album is an artist's playground, it should scan a whole gamut. An album shouldn't sound like one long song to feel cohesive. So far … living up to the hype.

    Dua Lipa - 'Radical Optimism'

Well,,, dua talking nonsense about the album theme barbie's song using every promo spot and overexposing her with the 80's sound after FN People being tasteless and dopamine addicts (fast tiktok songs) and also feels like some fandoms likes to hate on dua just bc is cool now lol anyways for me a fan that has been waiting 4 years lol i love it and it will be my most played album for sure

    Dua Lipa - 'Radical Optimism'

I understand your take on this, and I didnt say you shouldnt care about it, if that is something that interest you. I personally never cared about reviews not streaming and it doesnt affect my view album or anything else. Many albums which has been commercially not-successful turn out to be my favorites and vise versa and also everybody has their own subjective opinion and sometimes people who review albums has no idea what they are talking about and it is pretty clear many times. In any case, happy Radical Optimism release weekend, its also my Bday weekend so until Im mentally and physically in this galaxy I will give it few more spins LOL
