  1. Internationally: Stats: Benson Boone’s “Beautiful Things,” released on Night Street/Warner Records, logs a second week at No. 1 on the Billboard Global 200, with 57.8 million streams (up 10%) and 12,000 sold (down 11%) worldwide Feb. 9-15. Benson Boone’s “Beautiful Things” bumps 2-1 on the Billboard Global Excl. U.S., with 36.1 million streams (up 16%) and 4,000 sold (up 10%) outside the U.S. Feb. 9-15. In his two prior visits to the chart, the 21-year-old singer-songwriter from Monroe, Wash., hit No. 59 in 2022 with “In the Stars” and No. 98 in 2021 with “Ghost Town.” Beyoncé’s “Texas Hold ‘Em” bounds onto the Global 200 at No. 4, with 31.9 million streams and 48,000 sold worldwide between its Feb. 11 release and Feb. 15. She lands her second and top-charting hit since the survey began, after “Break My Soul” reached No. 6 in 2022. https://www.billboard.com/music/chart-beat/benson-boone-beautiful-things-number-one-global-charts-1235610588/?utm_source=twitter&utm_medium=social The fact that Texas Hold 'Em outpeaked Break My Soul already with a less commercial genre
  2. Kanye West & Ty Dolla $ign’s ‘Vultures 1’ Debuts at No. 1 on Billboard 200 Chart Plus: Usher scores his highest charting album in over a decade as Coming Home bows at No. 2. Ye (formerly known as Kanye West) and Ty Dolla $ign’s joint project Vultures 1 debuts at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 albums chart (dated Feb. 24), giving Ye his 11th leader and Ty his first. The set earned 148,000 equivalent album units in the U.S. in the week ending Feb. 15, according to Luminate, following its release on Feb. 10. Plus, Usher scores his highest charting album on the Billboard 200 in over a decade, as his latest studio release Coming Home bows at No. 2 with 91,000 units earned. The Billboard 200 chart ranks the most popular albums of the week in the U.S. based on multi-metric consumption as measured in equivalent album units, compiled by Luminate. Units comprise album sales, track equivalent albums (TEA) and streaming equivalent albums (SEA). Each unit equals one album sale, or 10 individual tracks sold from an album, or 3,750 ad-supported or 1,250 paid/subscription on-demand official audio and video streams generated by songs from an album. The new Feb. 24, 2024-dated chart will be posted in full on Billboard‘s website on Feb. 21, one day later than usual, owed to the Presidents’ Day holiday in the U.S. on Feb. 19. Jack Harlow’s “Lovin on Me” lands a sixth nonconsecutive week atop the Billboard Hot 100. With the song, which first led for a week in December, the rapper doubles his previous longest reign, as “First Class” ruled for three weeks in 2022. He has also led with “Industry Baby,” with Lil Nas X, for one week in 2021. Meanwhile, three songs are new to the Hot 100’s top 10: Beyoncé’s “Texas Hold ‘Em” bounds onto the chart at No. 2; Ye (formerly known as Kanye West) and Ty Dolla $ign’s “Carnival” debuts at No. 3; and Noah Kahan’s “Stick Season” rises to No. 10, from No. 11. The Hot 100 blends all-genre U.S. streaming (official audio and official video), radio airplay and sales data, the lattermost metric reflecting purchases of physical singles and digital tracks from full-service digital music retailers; digital singles sales from direct-to-consumer (D2C) sites are excluded from chart calculations. All charts (dated Feb. 24, 2024) will update on Billboard.com tomorrow, Feb. 21 (a day later than usual due to the Presidents’ Day holiday in the U.S. Feb. 19). 13. Morgan Wallen’s ‘One Thing at a Time’ Ties for Most Weeks at No. 1 on Billboard 200 by a Country Album With an 18th week atop the list, the set matches Garth Brooks' Ropin' the Wind for the most weeks at No. 1 among country releases. Morgan Wallen’s One Thing at a Time is back at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 for an 18th nonconsecutive week, rising 2-1 on the list dated Feb. 10. In doing so, it ties Garth Brooks’ Ropin’ the Wind for the most weeks totaled No. 1 on the all-genre Billboard 200 chart among country albums. Ropin’ the Wind logged 18 nonconsecutive weeks at No. 1 in 1991-92. (Country albums are defined as those that have appeared on Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart.) One Thing at a Time earned 66,000 equivalent album units in the U.S. in the week ending Feb. 1 (up 4%), according to Luminate. One Thing at a Time continues to have the most weeks at No. 1 among all albums since Adele’s 21 logged 24 nonconsecutive weeks atop the tally in 2011-12. One Thing at a Time debuted atop the chart dated March 18, 2023, and spent its first 12 weeks at No. 1 through early June. It then logged another three weeks in a row atop the list in late June and early July, nabbed its 16th week in charge on the Oct. 14 chart, followed by its 17th frame atop the Jan. 20 chart. In the album’s 48 weeks on the list, it has never dipped below No. 6. One Thing at a Time finished 2023 as both the No. 1 year-end Billboard 200 album and Luminate’s year-end top album. 10, 2024-dated chart will be posted in full on Billboard‘s website on Feb. 6. Megan Thee Stallion’s “Hiss” lunges onto the Billboard Hot 100 songs chart at No. 1. The rapper notches her third leader with the debut of the diss track, following two in 2020: “Savage,” with Beyoncé, for a week that May, and Cardi B’s “WAP,” on which Megan Thee Stallion is featured, for four weeks beginning that August. Plus, singer-songwriter Benson Boone scores his first Hot 100 top 10, as “Beautiful Things” bounds from No. 15 to No. 8 in its second week on the survey. 15. Internationally: Stats: Ariana Grande’s “Yes, And?” scores a second week atop the Billboard Global 200, with 62.1 million streams (down 34%) and 6,000 sold (down 91%) worldwide Jan. 19-25. A week earlier, it debuted as her third leader on the list, after “Save Your Tears,” with The Weeknd, reigned for a week in May 2021 and “Positions” premiered atop the chart and led for two weeks in November 2020. Ariana Grande’s “Yes, And?” concurrently crowns the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. chart for a second week, with 46.3 million streams (down 32%) and 3,000 sold (down 88%) outside the U.S. Jan. 19-25. The song became her second No. 1, after “Positions” led in its debut week in November 2020. Sophie Ellis-Bextor’s “Murder on the Dancefloor,” originally released in 2001 and newly revived thanks to its appearance in the film Saltburn, along with a prominent presence on TikTok, hits the top 10 on both the Global 200 (17-10) and Global Excl. U.S. (15-9), led by its 21% surge to 33.7 million worldwide streams. It’s the English singer-songwriter’s first top 10 on each chart (which began in 2020). Notably, “Murder on the Dancefloor” is the oldest song, excluding holiday fare, to have hit the Global Excl. U.S. top 10. Among Global 200 top 10s, only Fleetwood Mac’s classic “Dreams” has been older; the Stevie Nicks composition, from 1977, hit No. 10 in October 2020, driven by TikTok buzz. Feid and ATL Jacob’s “Luna” rises to the Global Excl. U.S. top five (7-4), up 11% to 41.5 million streams outside the U.S. It becomes Feid’s first top five hit, among three top 10s, and ATL Jacob’s first, with his first entry on the chart. Plus, Kali Uchis and Peso Pluma’s “Igual Que Un Ángel” jumps 17-10 on Global Excl. U.S., with 30.3 million streams (up 22%) worldwide in its second week of release. Kali Uchis notches her second top 10 on the chart, after “Telepatía” hit No. 10 in 2021, while Peso Pluma logs his sixth, all since last April. The collaboration, from Kali Uchis’ new album Orquídeas, released Jan. 12, concurrently holds at its No. 9 high on the Global 200. ARIANA & SOPHIE Love to see ATRL so wrong as always. 16. 21 Savage’s ‘American Dream’ Spends Second Week Atop Billboard 200 Plus: Green Day lands its 12th top 10-charting set with the debut of Saviors. 21 Savage’s American Dream holds steady at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 albums chart for a second week (on the chart dated Feb. 3), following its debut atop the tally a week ago. It earned 78,000 equivalent album units in the U.S. in the week ending Jan. 25 (down 40%), according to Luminate, down from the 133,000 it earned in its opening frame. With a second week at No. 1, American Dream matches the two-week No. 1 run of the rapper’s I Am > I Was, in 2019, tying for 21 Savage’s most weeks at No. 1 among his four leaders. His two other No. 1s — his collaborative sets Savage Mode II (with Metro Boomin) and Her Loss (with Drake) — each spent one week at the summit. Also in the top 10 of the new Billboard 200, Green Day lands its 12th top 10-charting set, as its latest studio album, Saviors, debuts at No. 4. Its arrival comes two weeks before the band celebrates its 30th anniversary on Billboard’s charts. The trio premiered on Billboard’s tallies dated Feb. 19, 1994, when its Dookie album launched on the Billboard 200, among other lists. Jack Harlow’s “Lovin on Me” lands a fourth nonconsecutive week at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100. With the song, which first led in early December, the rapper rewrites his longest reign on the chart, among his three leaders, after “First Class” ruled for three weeks in April-May 2022. He has also reigned with “Industry Baby,” with Lil Nas X, for one week in October 2021. Plus, singer-songwriter Teddy Swims’ first Hot 100 top 10, “Lose Control,” becomes his first top five hit, jumping from No. 8 to No. 4. It also takes over as the week’s top-selling song.
