Welcome to season 17 of LAMS. Can't believe it's been six years since season 1. The game is based on different types of rounds where you either have to save one of your fellow members or send them to the bottom 3. The goal is to remain the Last ATRL Member Standing. Some of the most common elimination systems are the following: Saving rounds: Vote for a person you want to see safe. Hating rounds: Vote for a person you want to eliminate/don't want to see winning immunity. Rounds by points: Usually done after few players are remaining; each slot equals an specific number of points. They can be positive (saving rounds) or negative (hating rounds) depending on the situation. Oh... classic ATRL was so much easier to use. MLD's Stormy Sets SET 1: Songs That Were Charting On the Hot 100 When Violent (F4/F5 or EF4/EF5) tornadoes or tornadoes outbreaks were touching down Hi everyone! With my Six Flags game finally over, I'm ready to start my next multiple set game. This game was inspired by my curiosity over what songs were #1 during natural disasters. I hated most of the #1s, so I decided to look at the whole Hot 100 since you can view charts from all time on the Billboard site now. And that's how I came up with the idea for this game. So, each set I will have a specific theme and I will use dates of events that regard that theme and see which Billboard chart comes up with the corresponding date. For our first set, it's violent tornadoes, which are of EF4 to EF5 intensity, although @potent and @Inner Insanity might be the only ones that know what I'm talking about since they are the only other US based users we have in the games section. Based on my music taste, I will mainly use events from the 1990s to now. With that said, for this first set, I used the following dates when compiling my song list. Each set will be 50 songs (which is fine, because I don't expect to do 20+ sets or something), and most likely, I will do something similar to @Xedretinz Lododnz where there will be a big finale after I finish the last realistic set I can possibly do. But here are the dates I used for this game. May 27, 1997 (F5 Jarrell, Texas tornado that killed 27 people in one subdivision) May 3, 1999 (Oklahoma tornado outbreak that included and F5 tornado that had winds of over 300 mph and killed 36 people. This is the tornado that I put up in the video) May 4, 2003 (a tornado outbreak in the Midwest that included several violent tornadoes) May 22, 2004 (F4 tornado that hit Hallam, Nebraska and had a 2 and a half mile wide damage path) May 4, 2007 (EF5 tornado that hit Greensburg, Kansas after dark and killed 11 people and destroyed 95% of the town) February 5, 2008 (Super Tuesday tornado outbreak that included a couple violent tornadoes and almost 60 deaths) April 27, 2011 (the Super Outbreak that included 4 EF5 tornadoes, and the infamous Tuscaloosa, Alabama tornado and 300+ total deaths from the outbreak) May 20, 2013 (the other infamous EF5 Moore, Oklahoma tornado that killed 24 people, including 10 children) April 27 - 28, 2014 (tornado outbreak that included an EF4 tornado in Arkansas that killed 16 people, and an EF4 in Mississippi that killed 10) With those dates in stone, I selected my 50 favorite songs and here we go. Get ready for Season 3 of the ATRL Eurovision Song Contest in Porto, Portugal! Which country will deliver the ultimate song to take out the title? This season will be hosted in Porto, Portugal, in a makeshift stage built just for the contest in the harbor of Porto. Chose a country. Send a song. Vote. Simple. Chose a country from the accepted list of countries to sign up. Send me your choice of song as soon as possible from the moment you sign up. Your song must have been released AFTER the 1st of April 2018, and the artist must be from the country you chose. The game will officially begin on the 5th of August, meaning you have to send your song in before then. If your song is not in, you will not participate. After the late submissions last season, this season will have strict deadlines. When the game begins you will be randomly split into two semi finals, you will vote (on time!) otherwise you will not qualify. If you do not qualify, you are still expected to vote in the grand final, otherwise you will be disqualified from the next edition. Because @Anitta won the last season, if he represents Portugal again, he will automatically qualify to the finals. That means no one else can chose Portugal unless consented by that user. MLD's Six Flags Experience ROUND 1 Hi everyone. With my anniversary special finally wrapped up, this game is also inspired by another anniversary of mine coming up - my 2 year anniversary working for Six Flags Magic Mountain, which is on July 2. The Eurovision ATRL Song Contest is back! After lots of guilt after abandoning the first season due to unforeseen circumstances, I have decided to host the rebirth! The rules to the game are simple. Chose a country, send a song and vote for your favorites. When signing up, chose one of the countries on the sign up list below. You are then required to find a song from an artist from this country, which has been released after the 1st of January 2018. The song also must have not been part of the Eurovision selection this year. Once all entries have been selected, the contestants will be split into two semi finals. Depending on how many countries per semi final, only a certain number of countries will qualify. You will be required to rank the entries from your semi final (and also in the grand final even if you did not qualify) and enter them on the online scoreboard. Once every country has sent in their scores we will find out the qualifiers and participate in the grand final.
