  1. Justin Timberlake hasn’t released a new album since 2018’s Man of the Woods, but according to his musical collaborator Timbaland, we won’t have to wait too much longer for something new from JT. Speaking with Entertainment Tonight, Timbaland says Justin’s sixth studio album is coming out “top of next year” and adds, “That first single’s gonna be serious. I can’t tell you the title — just know it’s good.” On top of that, Timbaland says he, Justin and Nelly Furtado are working on an entire project together after they just released their first collaboration in 16 years, “Keep Going Up.” Justin and Timbaland have been collaborators since Justin’s 2006 album FutureSex/LoveSounds — which produced the #1 hit “SexyBack” — but they’ve never done a joint album. "Keep Going Up" is the first release from Timbaland’s first EP in 14 years, Textbook Timbo. Justin also has the animated film Trolls Band Together coming up — with an *NSYNC reunion song on the soundtrack — as well as the Netflix film Reptile.

  7. Pop legend Britney Spears is celebrating her return to the music scene with her first record in eight years - and 25 years since the release of her debut album. The 42-year-old Toxic hitmaker has reportedly been collaborating with singer-songwriter Charli XCX in a bid to dominate the charts once again. The new album is set to be released next year and will feature a new track that has been written by the 31-year-old British singer. Reports suggest Charli XCX spent time in a studio earlier this year to write one of Britney's new songs, after gaining support from the iconic pop star. "Charli has a great track record when it comes to writing clever pop songs," a source told The Sun. "She went into the studio earlier in the year to make some songs using Britney’s guidance of what she is after. She came up with a really strong track that is expected to make it on to the album, which Britney’s team hope will be out in 2024. It comes shortly after Britney Spears featured in a new song titled Mind Your Bussiness with fellow superstar will.i.am and Elton John’s song Hold Me Closer last year. Britney and Will last collaborated back in 2012 with their smash single Scream & Shout which was noticeable for a distinct British accent that Britney sang with. The dance-pop track sold more than 3 million copies in the USA alone and hit number 1 in almost 30 charts around the world - including the UK. The singer stepped back from music as she fought to be released from a controversial 13-year conservatorship, which came to an end in November 2021. 14. It looks like Years & Years is done done this time. After his last album, Night Call (and his first solo project under the band's name), Olly is seemingly ready to move on. If you check on Spotify, all of the previous albums (and singes) have been moved to a new artist page, with his own name: https://open.spotify.com/artist/3ndzUh03qyl9TONYfSspqO - so the original Y&Y page is basically empty now (https://open.spotify.com/artist/5vBSrE1xujD2FXYRarbAXc). The Youtube channel has been renamed as well: https://www.youtube.com/@olly_alexander https://yearsandyears.com/ also redirects you. Thoughts? Are we here for the change? Will the Y&Y fans care? Why move all of their previously released music? UPDATE:
