Would you love if Atrl was 100% free speech ? No one can be banned and everything would be accepted. Fights and insults would be accepted. Would you love that or would you prefer Atrl now (with moderators and rules) ? Can't wait to be rich enough to buy Atrl. -

discussion Will the Xmen get more attention than the Avengers once Marvel releases a movie?
Distantconstellation posted a topic in Entertainment
So we know Xmen 97 cartoon is coming out next year and its going to be a continuation of the uber popular Xmen the animated series cartoon of the 90s that was a ratings juggernaut. I keep hearing that an Xmen movie will not come out until 2025 and honestly thats too far awau. Im scared that by the time Xmen is released the superhero hype will have died down THE AVENGERS were d-listers before disney made them into household names. All the attention that they got and currently get should have been what the Xmen should be getting because they were already known before the movies and were already A-listers. Bryan Singer and Fox never did the Xmen justice and never understood it, so i cant wait until Marvel finally does Xmen like its suppose to. -

discussion Organ Harvesting:High ranking Nigerian politician and his academic wife arrested
AlanRickman1946 posted a topic in Civics
The Nigerian couple arrested on suspicion of plotting to harvest the organs of a child in the UK are one of the west African nation's most high profile politicians and his wife, MailOnline can reveal today. Ike Ekweremadu, 60, a People's Democratic Party politician for 19 years who was once Deputy President of the nation's senate, was held with Nwanneka Ekweremadu, 55, in Britain this month. A NHS consultant blew the whistle on the former deputy president of the Nigerian Senate and his wife accused of trafficking a teenager they found on the streets of Lagos and passing him off as 41 to harvest his organs for their sick daughter in London, a court has heard. Ike Ekweremadu, 60, and Beatrice Ekweremadu, 55, are accused of taking the homeless youngster to the UK from Nigeria to transplant his organs to their daughter who is suffering from kidney failure. The 15-year-old was given the passport of a 41-year-old in order to get into the UK, but did not know he was there to donate a kidney until he went a hospital appointment in London, a court heard yesterday. After he arrived in the capital in February he had a string of medical appointments about kidney donation, but a consultant at the Royal Free Hospital in Hampstead, North London, became concerned about the boy's real age and if he knew he was there to donate an organ, it is alleged. Prosecutor Damla Ayas told Uxbridge Magistrates Court yesterday: 'The victim was 15. In Nigeria he was approached by both defendants. He was homeless on the streets of Lagos. They deceived him and promised him a better life in the UK. He was given a passport for a 41-year-old. The passport was illegally obtained by these defendantsHe was provided with a medical travel visa saying the purpose of the travel was to provide medical treatment for the defendants' daughter who was undergoing dialysis in relation to a number of health issues. 'It was premeditated, it was planned. Blood tests were obtained in Nigeria and he travelled to the UK in February this year. www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10948971/amp/London-doctor-turned-Nigerian-organ-harvesting-parents.html Summary: -Parents in Nigeria needed a kidney transplant for their daughter in London -They approached a homeless teenager in Lagos and promised him a better life in London. -They got him a passport which listed his age as 41 -The doctor in London noticed the teenager did not seem to know he was an organ donor and flagged it to the authorities. -
