I'm not listening to anything except for the sound of my own tears falling down my face.

Just a few years ago I was very outgoing, I loved going to bars and clubs and meet new people, just hang in the park in the sun and enjoy life. Socializing was one of my biggest fuels daily. Now life has come to only about 30-50 people wishing me a happy birthday (like a 100-200 decrease since last year) or even my best friends forgetting it. Life has become all about a routine which I've always dreaded. Home-work-home-dinner-sleep and weekends go by rapidly. It's all about paying bills now here and there and everywhere. Gaining weight and not being able to find time to just sit and think and have fun without worrying. Lately I really feel like I've lost my cool factor and have almost been alienating people in my life. Most of my friends have gotten children and moved on. I've always been "the connector", who have kept in touch almost weekly even though I moved to a different country 8 years ago but this year I'm feeling like ¯\(ツ)/¯ and am done with providing all the effort if it is one sided and I don't even feel like calling it out. Going through a day is about worrying and thinking about 100 variants of every situation I've gone through and never ending up in a "happy place", only to find myself contemplating solutions to a "problem" - I like to think about things - if there is a problem, what's the solution? People have started mentioning that I am emotionally unapproachable and that I build walls around me with jokes and other humor because I don't want to mention what kind of things are bothering me because I don't like to bother others with my problems. How do you find new joy in daily things after all your surroundings have changed and have become unknown?

Are you for it or against it? I realized this was a non-issue where I live. It's almost always split regardless of gender, unless it's a fancy place/one party told beforehand they're gonna pay, it's almost never expected for one person to pay the bills. I thought with the gender equality and all this wouldn't be an issue but apparently it is for some people, especially opposite sex couples. I'm neither str8 nor a woman but I'm curious to hear a woman's (or str8 guy if any of u exists here lol) about this.

And what are your favourite ones? I've started watching all the classics recently. I'm not normally a big movie fan but they're a game changer for me I love the aesthetics/art surrounding horror too. I wanna get some pieces for my wall in my new place

Basically a few Mondays out of the month regal cinemas shows an unreleased soon to be released movie for $5. Catch is you don't know what it's gonna be with very limiting clues . Normally just the rating but fans are pretty good at figuring it out. There is one tonight so I will update what it was after 7 and post a review. Anyone else try this before? They have been 50 50 hit and miss for me. Last week it was spy family x which I didn't stick around for 💅. The clue for tonight's film is that it's rated r. We shall see 🙈

I don't know I feel like dating in gay world sucks and I don't like hook up culture. Should I switch to traditional hetero lifestyle?

So my old "sugar daddy" from 2 years ago is back in my DMs... He lured me in back then by showing off his wealth , talking about the ways he would spoil his ex, looking for a new hot boyfriend like me, blah blah. But every time we met in person he was more focused on sex it seems, I didn't get any gifts or money just empty promises. So eventually I cut him off cuz the sex wasn't that good, and he couldn't even take me out to dinner without me asking first. I've been ignoring him for a year or making excuses to not see him but at the same time I feel like I'm wasting an opportunity to make something of this. He's a rich good looking man (mid 40s) and I don't need his money necessarily but he showed a lot of interest in my projects and would tell me about how he's willing to invest if we start dating properly. I was just tired of giving up my b*ussy without him making it official, but I feel like someone with more charisma and desperation would have better used this situation to their benefit. Am I naive to think he will even make me his boyfriend in the first place? Is he just using me? Does anyone else have experience with these type of men. He's not like rich rich but he's making close to 7 figures and I've been to the house, he's not a fraud. But I want some tips on how to make the most of this situation....
