  5. Will Truth Hurts top the Hot 100 after Lil Nas X's run at the top? It currently rose to #3 on US spotify, gets huge radio updates and is #3 on US itunes with green updates. If it gets a quick remix with someone big enough it could run the chance of maybe topping the charts at some point. Perhaps in a couple of weeks? With that being said Shawn & Camila's song is also a strong contender to snatch after OTR ends its reign.
