The track has sold over 1.1M digital downloads in the US, and under the RIAA's current methodology, 1B OD streams equals 6.7M units sold. That means the track has sold 7.8M units in the US thus far, and will hit 8M units in the US before its next anniversary. I'm very surprised to see the song at such high numbers in the US, considering its recurrent streams were pretty weak before the start of this year.
