  1. Which fit from the Welcome to the Renaissance part of the show did you like best? 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7.
  2. The re-recording has 0 hype, no viral track, no song above 500k daily stream not to mention the album is on the bottom on every fan's ranking The album will ruin her 1mil debut streak after 1989 TV (1,6 mil) -> reputation TV (est. 2 mil) -> Debut (400k at best, with 12 versions of vinyl which can be shaped as guitar in tribute to Teardrops on My Guitar) Should she just move to TS11 at October 2024, after reputation TV, and made some narrative about leaving debut as it is cause it is the beginning of it all?
  3. Diesel is Desire

Did Tate McRae replace Camila Cabello?

Both have similar vocal tones and Camila has been absent/flopping. Did Tate McRae fill the void that Camila left? Thots?
  4. This is purely anecdotal, but when talking about R&B artists from my generation to older Black people in that age bracket it seems like they don't know any of the newer R&B artists I went to see Daniel Caesar in Detroit back in August, and this older Black lady hotel clerk asked me what I was there for, so I told her. She was completely lost on who Daniel Caesar was, but when I brought up H.E.R., she knew who she was & called her talented etc. But her biggest song is with Daniel Caesar (Best Part) so it felt odd A older client we picked up from my job a couple weeks ago knew who H.E.R. was excitedly but not SZA (by name). He knew the Kill Bill song when we expanded in the conversation (although he says he hated it, I guess a niece or daughter of his was playing it) lol One of my bosses who is in his early 50s knew who H.E.R (called her very talented) was but not aware of who SZA was. But he was completely oblivious to newer artists in general since he was naming people like Drake & Chris Brown I guess it makes you a household name to just be known by name & helps concert ticket sales, but even in H.E.R's case, the streams in her catalogue are probably not as split evenly across generations & still leans more Millennial/ Gen Z.

  14. No girl group in the 2nd generation could top this masterpiece

  16. Sophie Ellis-Bextor's Make A Scene has apparently went MIA from streaming. Others?
  17. Sophie Ellis Bextor catapulted into the pop music scene with her iconic hit "Murder on the Dancefloor," a dazzling anthem that showcased her distinctive style and vocal prowess. The song gave SEB widespread acclaim and positioning her as a formidable contender to Kylie Minogue's reign as the pop princess. While Kylie maintained her crown, "Murder on the Dancefloor" solidified Sophie Ellis Bextor as a pop sensation, leaving an indelible mark on the genre.
