  5. Despite her roles in iconic franchises like Game of Thrones and Hunger Games, Natalie Dormer hasn't achieved the same level of superstar status as her peers, Emily Blunt and Saoirse Ronan. While she's undeniably talented, the reasons behind her not reaching the same heights could be multifaceted. Factors such as timing, choice of roles, and perhaps the unpredictability of the entertainment industry might have played a role in her career trajectory. Nonetheless, Natalie continues to captivate audiences with her performances, and her journey in the industry is still ongoing, leaving room for future opportunities to shine. What happened? Are you still rooting for Natalie?
  6. You know what should take a fortnight? Album reviews. - Bloomberg I wholeheartedly agree with this article. Thoughts?
  7. The album really gets better with each play especially the anthology People are blinded by fatigue and over saturation of her brand I think that if we cut some of the extra stuff and released in a less saturated time it would be actually celebrated What do you think?
  8. Britney's peak was no bigger than Madonna, Adele, Gaga nor Taylor. Tbh she only sold tons of albums because she would limit her singles sales to ensure bigger album sales (that explains her mediocre Hot 100 peaks back in the day) Once digital sales became a thing, she kinda flipped from album artist to singles artist Not saying she wasn't successful, but it's overrated

  16. This isn't meant to be shady, I wanted to collect well-thought out opinions. 1. For stans, what unique qualities make you favor Taylor over any other artist? Is it the Taylor lore / love drama, lyrics, melodies, Jack's chemistry with her, etc? 2. For people who don't enjoy Taylor, why do you think this is? Are you not into her style of music or is there something in particular you don't like?

  18. Madonna has definitely been having a bit of a resurgence in popularity lately with the Celebration Tour, and there's been a renewed appreciation for how good her live shows are. She's about to have a live show for almost 2 million fans that's sure to get widespread internet attention and headlines for being the largest show for a female artist ever. Additionally, there are rumors that she has an album planned for later this summer, and there are rumblings The Weeknd is at the helm for production who very rarely is a miss with pop music. Sure, she won't ever touch the sales that Beyonce & Taylor are pulling right now, but could the stars align for one more Madonna peak period with critical claim & general public appreciation if she releases a truly great pop album and capitalizes off of the current attention?
  19. A lot of people would say Beyoncé is the biggest pop star in the world. While Beyoncé does well compared to the rest of her peers, Taylor Swift seems to be demolishing her in touring revenue and now album sales. I know that these numbers are going to cause stan wars in the future, but rather than use this thread to put down a hard working woman who just reclaimed a genre I figure we could have a discussion about why we think this is. To put it frankly, I think Beyoncé should be selling a lot more than she does, especially first week. What do you think?
  20. She laced this album with audio crack. Nearly 2 months later and it is still hitting in all the right places. Some really amazing stuff in here. do you agree or disagree?
  21. Taylor Swift is undoubtedly one of the biggest and most influential pop stars of our generation. With multiple successful albums, countless hit singles, and a loyal fan base, she has cemented her place in the music industry. But as she continues to dominate the charts and break records, one question remains: Has Taylor Swift reached the peak of her fame? Over the years, we have seen Taylor Swift evolve from a country singer-songwriter to a global pop sensation. Her music has resonated with people of all ages and backgrounds, and her performances are nothing short of spectacular. But with every peak, there is bound to be a decline; The Tortured Poets Department, her latest album, has received mixed reviews and her public image has faced some backlash. Despite these challenges, Taylor Swift's fan base remains loyal and her success is undeniable. She has proven time and time again that she is a force to be reckoned with in the music industry. But with her current level of fame and accomplishments, is there really anywhere left for her to go? Has she reached the height of her career, or is there still room for growth and even greater success? It's time for... ASK ATRL! DISCLAIMER: I am not implying that Taylor Swift's career is over or that she has peaked. This is simply a discussion about an artist's journey and the various stages of success in the music industry.
  22. Like this is insane. The double album was completely unexpected and a total surprise. And the anthology is much better than the standard edition. I can't remember a moment where a pop girl did something like this! Like if this didn't solidify her legacy and put her in the realm of some of the greatest musicians ever than I dont know what will. The Anthology is definitely some of her best work ever no joke.
