Although it was a top 10 hit in Australia, the UK and Spain and peaked at #13 on the overall European chart it seems to be relatively forgotten even inside her fanbase as the music video only has 1.7M views on YouTube and on Spotify it's at 1.1M. It's a shame because although it's not as strong as I Believe in You or the singles from Body Language it's still an undeniable bop and she looks STUNNING in the video.

Jjang posted a topic in Base
According to ChartMasters' methodology. 1. Madonna - 248,676,000 2. Celine - 199,585,000 3. Taylor - 183,481,000 ------ 4. Mariah Carey - 178,165,000 5. Whitney Houston - 159,138,000 Both Celine & Taylor will most likely get there next year. However, do you think any other female can join their company, or is this trinity forever? -

Renaissance Spotify Debut EXCLUDING US — 25,028,144 Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran WW Spotify Debut — 13,483491 Sources: For years the narrative has been that Shakira is Bey's only 90s/00s pop girl peer who stayed beside her in longevity, with most even saying Shakira is wayyy more relevant than Bey globally. Well, the numbers are in for each artist's latest album and the results tell a different story… Is it time to stop the comparison? Discuss.

2009 had many great live vocals. And this C5 belt in Always Be My Baby, is super strong. Could it be her best C5? What do you guys think? Min 2:43.

Is there anything more painful on the charts than peaking at #2? These songs tried so hard and got so far, but in the end, it didn't even matter — to paraphrase just one of the many iconic hits that couldn't quite make it to the apex of the Billboard Hot 100. So let's give them a shot at redemption in this latest edition of the annual tournament you've all been waiting for. Yes, it's that time again! As college basketball fever sweeps the nation, we here at ATRL turn to what we do best: pitting celebrities against one another. We've already crowned the most indispensable cover, the most scene-stealing guest verse, the most legendary Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee, the dreamiest song by a teen idol, the supreme girl group track, the most bloody brilliant British single, the most iconic album cover, Oscar's gold standard Best Original Song, our favorite female video, the one-hit wonder we'll never tire of, the best Record of the Year winner, the greatest #1 hit of all time and Hollywood's hottest hottie. For our 14th (!) contest, we're providing music history's most famous runners-up an opportunity to finally come out on top. Throughout the tournament, everyone will have a chance to participate by voting for their favorite #2 hits in one-on-one match-ups, whittling down the field of 64 songs until we reach our champion. But I need your help before we can begin! Please nominate your list of ten favorites that just missed the Hot 100 summit (no ranking necessary) in the thread below. These ballots will be used to determine the final list of competitors and help decide their tournament seeds. Now get to it, because the fun begins in a few days and you don't want your picks to be left out!

Recent Spotify debuts: Beyoncé - 43.25 million (2022) Shakira - 13M (2024) Usher - 6.7M (2024) Justin Timberlake - 5.94m (2024) Pink - 4.9m (2023) Avril Lavigne - 4.3M (2022) Kelly Clarkson - 1.6M (2023) Jennifer Lopez - 1.07M (2024) Christina Aguilera - N/A Alicia Keys - N/A Looking at these figures, it's safe to say Beyoncé has by far outlasted her 2000s contemporaries, with things looking even more promising for Act II: Cowboy Carter. Eminem seems to the only from her peers that can somewhat match her longevity, maintaining consistent success with albums but still lacking a recent solo hit on the scale of "Texas Hold 'Em". How and why did Beyoncé outlast her peers?

JLo's amazing but flop album sold 14,000 copies during its debut week. Shakira is predicted to sell 13,000, slightly less than Ms Mi Gente Latina. Let's keep in mind JLo had 0 hits, while Shakira's album includes 7 pre-release singles, 5 of them pretty huge hits. Are you, dear fellow ATRLers, surprised?

This is your comeback album, you've just been given permission by your label to release four (4) vinyl record variants... What colors are you choosing? Are we going for a cool coke bottle clear color? Are you choosing a split record? Or an eco-friendly record? How about a marbled effect? Or a splatter effect? Do we dare do a shaped vinyl? Or even a Glow in the dark one? Choose your own: https://coloredvinylrecords.com/ <3 or do we fight our label to let us do four more variants?

They were underperforming hard with "Doll Domination" and had one chance and released this bop at their lowest It went #1 in Australia (their first since "Don't Cha) and top 10 in 20+ countries and #2 on the European Hot 100 (their highest since "Stickwitu" almost 4 years prior)

I'm not a Bey Stan and haven't listened to the new album, but stumbled upon lots of TikTok's saying it's the Telephone 2.0? I know Miley is in the song kinda like Gaga was in telephone So what do you think?
