And they say some of these girls don't have any impacT. Truly important figures in pop culture today who have played important parts in tearing down rape culture in Hollywood and the music industries.

This performance is so powerful now knowing that all the rapists were right there sitting in the audience. And no surprise the Oscar voters didn't give this powerful song the Oscar. It hit too close to the truth in Hollywood.

*in music, yes. It's a very long list of names however, if you actually read the article and research far deeper. These words such as "credits" are offensive and really disgusting as if it's an achievement to be proud of, something to boast about, argue about, toss around like a hot potato as if it's a game for y'all. It's a huge movement by many women, and men, in the entertainment industry - worldwide. It's not Hollywood, nor just the United States for that matter. Not just in music either as these allegations or 'exposes' if you will, have been common place in numerous other industries too. Spotlight was the recipient of the Academy Award for Best Picture in 2015; The Handmaid's Tale, the recipient of 8 Primetime Emmy Awards, this year. Billboard using two famous names as the faces of doesn't equate to some merit than stans can throw in each other's faces; It's merely a post by someone with knowledge of how to use social media. Let's think twice.

This post sounds nothing more than a holier than thou attitude. Nobody said this was for stan wars maybe some of us are just proud that the artists we follow practice what they preach and are consistently true and passionate in what they believe in just like the other events/persons you cited. And posting as if Billboard only used Gaga and Kesha to attract stans for publicity also in a way belittles the struggle of the two women. This goes both ways. Let's think twice.

If you have nothing positive to contribute to these women who stood up for themselves and other victims around the world, keep your mouth shut and enjoy this WP you are about to get.

I watched this same performance the other day & thought the same.

Imagine if she did this performance now and in this climate!

Honestly, they should invite her back to reprise the performance and do a medley with Praying.

Calling an album or a song “rape” is immature and disrespectful to those who actually experienced this horrific act. You should be ashamed. Reported.

Gaga has come a long way from "Do What U Want" feat. R. Kelly.
