Has Beyoncé changed her strategy?

233 posts in this topic

B7 won’t have the superbowl hype that ST and Lemonade had before the era started, so it seems like she’s changed her game and is starting to focus more in the singles chart to keep her name up before the new era begins.

Do you think this new method will work wonders for her upcoming era next year or in 2019?

They're remixes though. Things that the artist themselves okays and asks for.

It's not as if she's making copy-cat singles or something.

Why is this so hard to understand?

ST and Lemonade had SuperBowl hype? :dies:

Only Formation did... and yet, the b*tch didn't release it back then and served it for free instead with an unlisted video.

Invalid thread :cm:

She's very clearly up to something, and it's mirroring what she's done in her past two eras: release new music, have that new music not be what people want or expect from her, thereby satisfying fans' need for new content while leaving them and the GP wanting more.

ST and Lemonade eras had the superbowl hype before them, that places her name in the top of tops of relevance before releasing an album.

It was a smart extremely perfectly executed method she can’t replicate this time.

It is a different situation but Beyoncé only had her children six months ago. By 2013 when she released Say Yes and Bow Down, etc., she had Blue more than a year prior.

I think she's merely just answering her e-mails and accepting to do these remixes for convenience.

But her Super Bowl was in February 2013 and she released the selftitled in December 2013.

What a huge hype

It doesn’t take rocket science to know an Ed Sheeran single will be top 10 then releasing it at it’s peak will fuel the song to the top combining fanbases :cm:.

Only Mi Gente was a hit before she jumped on it.

When she finished recording Perfect Duet in September it was not charting. Feel free to verify.
