And?

Well, credit is given to the version that sells more not the one that achieved the most points. It makes sense that the Mi Gente remix has been credited since its release since it has been selling more since its release. The Perfect situation is different because it looks like the remix won't outsell the original this week. We'll just have to wait and see what happens.

Gummo is an amazing track. Nothing has ever sounded like it before which is more than 90% of y'alls faves can say about any of their tracks :michael:

@Ari.

EXACTLY!

The song is fantastic.

I could care less about the numerous expletives, the lyrical content etc. the fact remains that the song is different and is very reminiscent of 'Hardcore Hip-Hop/Hardcore Rap' that was popular in the late '90's and through to the early '00's.

The song could easily fit as a 'DMX, Ja Rule, Red Man, Ol' Dirty Bastard/Wu Tang Clan' etc. album track.

6ix9ine's delivery and tone is what sells it in all honesty. I'm hoping "Gummo" peaks in the top three if not number-one.

:clap3:

Final predictions

7 Gummo        233  (+47) if the issue from last week gets fixed

A mess

8 No Limit        231  (=)

10 Bodak Yellow        218  (-3)

Well either Mariah or Motorsport will send this out of the top 10. Well that's what they get for delaying the video release. could have had 3 top 10s

11 All I Want For Christmas Is You        216  (+10)

Legend

14 I Get The Bag        194  (+2)

this might go top 10

34 Despacito        123  (-11)

Ready for it to fall below 50

43 End Game        105  (+40)

Cute

60 Look What You Made Me Do          84  (=)

Good this might make it through the year at least

Think Rockstar will come back to #1 next week

yeah, I thought the points might fall harder for perfect than anticipated.

If Perfect gets a 2nd week it might barely but this Rockstar song is holding on. Damn streaming

Where's the timberlake song? Rockstar might get 10 weeks afterall

Also the BB 200 all time chart should not use chart placement for the chart.

in that system 25’s 3M+ debut week gets the same amount of points as the weeks when Views was number one with 50k SPS.

It's become pretty evident from Billboard articles that they add featured artist on the charts if the sales of the feature version (not overall points) prevail over original version. That's why they were always addressing how much has the feature sold (in %) compared to the original in the case of "Despacito".

They even say it in the latest preview article:

Quote

For chart purposes, both versions of "Perfect" will contribute to the song's singular listing on the Hot 100. Additionally, following the first full week of tracking for the duet version, which could account for two-thirds of the song's sales in the week, Beyoncé will be added on the Hot 100 as a credited artist on "Perfect."

If they had the same airplay, Despacito would be higher on the hot 100. That's all I was saying :cm:

Also Despacito outsold and outstreamed SOY in the US

I meant that Magnolia is a quality rap bop while Gummo is not even close.
