Gwegend
On the radio, yesterday, they were playing top selling vinyls of all time. MJ- Thriller sold FIFTY MILLION copies. 5 - 0 - million. That means 50million people went to the store and purchased the record. No online ordering. Certainly no streaming. i guess because we have access to a **** TON more artists nowadays, we don't have to listen to what the radio wants us to hear, so it's quite a feat to get 1mil+ people on board with your music when they can be listening to literally anything else they want to hear. Kudos to Adele, Taylor etc. Though I will have to pray for the 1mil+ people that enjoy TSwift hihii

GokuRed
Can you make a list with the SPS debuts? Pure sales only skew things against R&B/Hip-hop artists (ie: Beyonce would be #12 instead of #23 with Lemonade)

Pure sales only skew things against R&B/Hip-hop artists (ie: Beyonce would be #12 instead of #23 with Lemonade) For the whole decade it's hard because I don't know if there's any where to fairly compare debuts from 2010 vs 2015-17(with SPS included) without it just being pure sales. I could maybe compile a list of Top debuts from 2015-onward with SPS included
