P!nk's debut is of much higher magnitude so I guess that's why her number was mentioned.

Katy did 121K~ internet sales based on sales leaks that week:deadbanana3:

oh lord :rip:

Out of the 220k in bundles for P!nk, probably a good 20-30k of those would have purchased the album anyway even without the bundle. Her numbers would probably look more like 210k+.

Yup. Without the bundle she would probably sell 260-280k. No doubt.

But who cares.... it's a big fat 408k, and the pressed souls will have to deal with it.

That's why people should never discredit bundles entirely! P!nk still pretty much had the highest selling female debut week in a long time, and in 2017's male-dominated climate on top of that.

I can't at people trying to put an asterisk next to her success this far into her career. What does she have left to prove?

201k > 187k

we love math.

Congrats to St Vincent :clap3:

Do you really think that out of those 220,000 people who bought P!nk's album with the bundle, 0 of them would have bought it without? Lmao "we love math". That's not how it works. :skull:

So delusional, this fanbase. It would have outsold Joanne either way.

Stay mad and be pressed again when Taylor one-ups BritBrit's sales.

prézli

Idc about Taylor. Beautiful Trauma is P!nk's worst album to date and doesn't deserve this title, that's all.

Doesn't the article only say CD sales from ticket bundles are categorized as Internet sales?

Meaning some of the 101,000 digital sales could come from ticket bundles as well.

Idc, my fave used ticket bundles just a couple weeks ago.  But I'm still working on piecing apart their influence.  I'm thinking that a major percent (~80-90%) of the 249,000 figure came from bundles, as well as a sizable percent of the 101,000 figure.

Just my interpretation.
