Bruno was undeniably bigger than Abel this year :deadbanana2: I don’t like either but how is that even up for discussion?

Because @iHype. is a pathetic Bruno hater who apparently has no life? This poor little thing refuses to accept he already lost months ago.

I never used Mediatraffic stop lying. :sorry: And if you’re going to call someone stupid make sure the sentence is correctly worded.

IFPI is based on shipments and doesn’t include streaming. That list is literally the most useless source ever.

2 1-800-273-8255     367  (+2)

3 Look What You Made Me Do     356  (=)

1-800 repeaking :jonny3: Hope it can somehow get a week atop in the near future :clap3:

Where is that user quoting me saying Taylor would be #2 this week when I said Taylor went from #1 to #3 without going #2? :ahh:

I wonder if Sorry not Sorry could hit top 5 in a couple of weeks now that the song is exploding on radio

That’s What I Like is #20 because it only was dropped from radio in June, July for some formats, and is still played to death for whatever reason. The other singles have all gone recurrent.

And rather than looking at iTunes, we’ll look at Spotify because that’s what actually matters.

85. That’s What I Like

144. Starboy

N/A 24k Magic

N/A I Feel It Coming

They’re rather equal in terms of singles, because the difference in streams between #85 and #144 is less than 80k streams.

And looking at totals...

822M - Starboy

544M - That’s What I Like

511M - I Feel It Coming

488M - 24K Magic

The Weeknd is the clear winner there, but I’ll call it equal just to be nice.

:michael:

Why are you only bringing streams? :toofunny2: What about sales?

24K Magic: 1,7M

That's What I Like: 1,62M

Starboy: 1,52M

I Feel It coming: 870k :rip:

Both "24K Magic" and "That's What I Like" outlasted The Weeknd's singles on iTunes AND the Hot100 and they didn't even need a discount :fan:

Party Monster: #16

Sidewalks (featuring: Kendrick Lamar): #27

Six Feet Under: #34

Ordinary Life: #72

- Bruno Mars - 24K Magic era:

Huh? :fan:

I know, you wrote outlasted, but their peak is important, as well. :fan:

Mmmm most of those just charted on release week. You will see that peaks are not everything when "24K Magic" and "That's What I Like" both end up higher than any The Weeknd song in the Year End Chart :fan:

Wait, does anyone know if the streams/sales of the first single are added to an albums SPS? If so when? Because first week of an albums release they can't really can't them in the total, can they?

Guess we are talking about sales and streams that happened before the album was released

On Billboard? Never

On RIAA for certifications? Immediately after release of the album.

Ugh but doesn't that kinda make it inaccurate? And i'm guessing if Billboard doesn't count it then SoundScan doesn't as well. Think this needs to be addressed especially when the lead is bigger than all the post-album release singles. Imagine  If your first single was Despacito and all that SPS was gone :skull:

Kworb was 5K off in his prediction for LWYMMD but overall a bad week for sales in general.

mess at the difference from the digital #1 and #2 being only 83 copies ?
