Both of Camila's promo singles were added to TTH and Havana was #1 there before they turned it into a single. As far as I'm concerned, a single is a song that works both as a promoter for the parent album, and also is intended to be promoted alone, sometimes being released even without an album in mind, focusing on trying to make it a hit, sending it to radios, making a music video for it and with plenty of performances sometimes. A promo single, on the other hand, is only released for promotion to the album rather than the song itself, meaning it can have a video and be sent to radio as well but this is always uncertain and changes depending on the artist and the label's decisions.
