So this lawsuit is OUT, but there's another federal lawsuit that Jay filed against Buzbee, right?

And the initial lawsuit by Buzbee against Jay re: sexual assault of a minor was tossed out so... Jay still remains innocent in the eyes of the law. Sorry Barbz!
