Actually kind of shocked this album is still charting, I thought it fell off the chart.. the fact it's on its way to doubling the amount of weeks PF2 was on the chart for

It has a benefit of checking all the boxes during a non competitive year. The other potential noms would cancel and votesplit each other before they do it to her.

Cardi, Asap rocky, rapsody, J cole, Nas, Baby Keem, Don Toliver

J cole ain't getting it on his decline and lack of acclaim.

Rapsody already won with Erykah and her prior work got more buzz.

The others are good acclaim albums but no impact.

Outside of breaking the sophomore jinx, voters will remember the body of work where smashes and impactful songs like WAP and UP are included and then Please me. Then there are hits during the voting period: Outside, Safe with a recent grammy winner and the errtime song which has been performed in many different areas: SNL and random concerts.

Cardi has stiff competition during IOP which include a possible posthumous win. THis year she could get Best Rap album due to low competition but that's her best shot.

Cardi could promote it during the campaigning votes phase to add more probability.
