If you could choose one currently flopping artist to have a massive comeback overnight, who would you choose?

It can be one of your fave artists, someone you casually listen to, or even just an artist you feel deserves better. Discuss!

Personally, I'd probably choose Demi Lovato. I'd love to see her score a genuine smash hit/era and have a full-blown new peak and random career resurgence. Her last album was fantastic and I've always felt she deserved so much better!

I would get Lights her first Hot 100 entry!

Tinashe is the most deserving of a really big break.

Katy second because we would have enough atrl content for the rest of the decade.

Tinashe pretty please!

Doing It Too deserves to be diamond certified somewhere beyond just my personal charts smh

Brooke Candy or CupcaKke would be fun

In k-pop, these two groups

In the West, Mikayla Geier comes to mind

Tina She

i wouldn't categorize her as a "flop", but when comparing among most MPGs ATRL loves to talk about, Kelela.

Tori Kelly, but I would ask big songwriters and producers to make songs for her instead of letting her do it because she couldn't write a catchy melody even if her life depended on it.

Carly Rae Jensen, she's already got a cult following, she just needs her Zara and Carlie moment

This went multi-platinum in my house back in the day

out of recent flop releases, I'd really love to see I'd Be Lyin' by Kelly Clarkson and After All by Carly Rae Jepsen smash

but if I had to choose one artist in particular? definitely Lights that six eras in she can be releasing perfect power pop bangers like Alive Again and The City Is Falling and yet still be flopping is one of the biggest injustices in modern pop music history. like in a fair world, Alive Again would have Choosin' Texas levels of chart slayage
