Since March The One That Got Away by Katy Perry has been exploding on the charts and now, all the way in September it has reached a NEW PEAK at #3 on Global Spotify, making it yet again THEE NUMBER ONE SOLO FEMALE HIT IN THE WORLD

Why? Why is Katy such a remembered legend with timeless hits? Shook? Surprised? Discuss

She is a legendary Queen of Pop with lot of classics and smash hits

Poor trolls, suffer!

Queen of pop and relevancy.

The other girlies cannot relate.

Katy is so relevant. It's crazy how relevant Katy is

Katy's next single will destroy the charts. Her We belong Together is finally coming

The way she survived Bieberchella, MJ movie, Olivia bomb,World Cup and it's still reaching new peaks

Oh Godty

Timeless song

She is the Female MJ.

See when you have timeless classic songs this is what happens.

Isn't that song by new up and coming pop girl Litmus?

More coins for Dr Luke, how fun!

Why is the song #3 on Spotify but still only at #31 on Global200

10 female solo songs are currently charting above it on the Billboard Global 200

because she's globally recognized as the indisputable and true queen of pop

On Spotify*

Cause if you look at the Global 200 (which looks at more than one streaming platform), it is behind:

• Choosin' Texas

• hate that I made you love me

• Man I Need

• Stupid Song

• Boston

• the cure

• Jolene

• The Fate Of Ophelia

• 9 to 5

• Love Me Not

• Petal

But nonetheless, she's still killing it.

The US really hates pop bops.

We should boycott that tasteless country.

her career was lowkey ruined by Tik Tok singer but lowkey saved by Tik Tok

she's fabulous for a throwback

Her hits from back then are just phenomenal so it's no surprise, this was really the one that got away

I mean, nothing new ever hits but she will always have classics.

It's so odd how she doesn't try to sit down and take a writing class to get her groove back. Other artists have taken voice training or been to writing camps to improve on thier craft but she just won't and I dont get why

See, when you have a SOLO timeless classic.
