Her music has this really strong sense of nostalgia, but still sounds so current to listen to because how much she's still influencing newer artists from so many different genres. Truly one of the best popstar discographies out there.

that's legit an impressive stream stats! so many multiple 500k daily songs. almost three million daily. and even more impressive is how she had classics in each decade and from several different eras and genres! oh wow they don't call her godney for nothing

When it turns out the people she sold her part belongs to Litmus...

But in a more serious note when a batch of older artists catalogue gets a boost (and yes they usually come in batches when this happens) I have seen that the younger ones of the digital and streaming era artists decrease in streams in Kworb daily Spotify update with the exceptions of their Top 15 which keeps getting around the same numbers.

At least they aren't as shameless as YouTube was during their peak, now that was truly something else...

OT: Deserved, Britney has a lot of Quality Defining Royalty Classics in her catalogue

there was a thread answering this the other day. thanks to her inept dad and team con, she was badly getting 3-5% so she sold it to get out of a contract and make up for the years of little to no streaming royalties
