Phoebe Bridgers has received critical acclaim for her acting debut in Primetime following the film's premiere at the Venice Film Festival. Critics have praised Bridgers' performance as one of the film's highlights, marking a strong arrival to the big screen for the acclaimed singer-songwriter. The film also puts Bridgers in contention for Best Original Song, with a track played over the closing credits confirmed to have been written by the musician. Her dual recognition as both an actress and songwriter could make Primetime a notable awards-season vehicle for Bridgers.

Phoebe Bridgers' PRIMETIME!

Robert Pattinson being the LEAST praised in a film he's in, as usual (and deserved, because he's a bad actor). This reminds me of when critics completely ignored Pattinson's bad performance in "Die, My Love" and solely focused on critically-lauding Jennifer Lawrence's performance. In regards to "Primetime," after you've replicated someone's voice... you still have to act well, too, and not just hinge the film on "I sound like him, see?"

...Vin

I had no idea she was in this movie. Definitely curious to see it.
