Inde #1 after only Obsession

Edited September 3Sep 3 by Hector

I hate when websites do things like this because they are either obvious attention seeking articles or thinly veiled advertisements for stars. Placing her at number one is such a blatant attempt at grabbing clicks because her name is hot right now. Whether she is number one or not.

Elle Fanning easily has the best career of anyone on this list, but it's baffling to consider her (or Hailee Steinfeld) "rising stars" considering the depth of their resumes.

me and Mikey laughed at that

Obsession is good but so overhyped

Sofia Coppola's Elle Fanning

This list being total rage bait. #1 is literally a joke. #2.... anyway.

Also this list being about 'rising stars' but you have a veteran (at this point anyway) like Elle Fanning in dead last, when she's not a rising star, and if we're going to include her on this list she should be #1 with a bullet. I could go on

Millie Bobby in any actor related thread that has not "worst" in the title, we have to laugh

Cailee Spaeny should definitely be higher. She's had a great run so far especially Alien: Romulus and she carried Beef Season 2 for me.

coulda sworn this was a pop girlie y'all make a thread about on this site once a year

The Obsession girl 1 after one movie?

10. Sydney Sweeney

WHAT–

Inde Navarrette is getting insane amounts of payola, wth

Inde should not be #1, Sydney is nowhere near the top 10 but at least Kit made it

Her Priscilla performance is one of my favorites of the 2020s. So natural.

Her snub for Beef was insane. She was best in show

Seeing her as Priscilla and then just a year later in Alien Romulus really solidified her future for me. She can pull off being subtle when she needs to be and can deliver as the main character of an action movie just like that. I'll watch anything she's in

Inde giving industry plant

No Mikey Madison even though she's the only one to win an Oscar

List INVALIDATED.

I didn't like obsession but I can understand why they put Indy at #1. She has the highest box office as lead compared to everyone in this list.

This is definitely engineered ragebait for engagement since they saw the discourse about Inde being overexposed too quickly mainstream online journalism is dead dead atp

Two Mexican-Americans at the top of the list

Las blancas can keep seething

I thought they would include the kid from Adolescence. He was great in the show and even won a couple of awards for his role.

Oh.

agree about Elle being top 5 but not a "rising star"
