I like the concept of body neutrality. Having gratitude for what your body is able to do for you in life — like the ability to walk and run and digest food and drink and overall serve as a vessel to experience life and other people. There's nothing wrong with wanting to feel good about what you see in the mirror and physical wellness is deeply important. It's just way too easy to become self absorbed and way too applauded in society to be "confident" about what you're working with.

We got a wokey over here

not these days. I miss my size 8 kpop body all through my 20s now I'm a bit on the chubby side. only thing about my body I like is my ink chick3

but my ex who doesnt really pay attention to much said I lost weight in my photo so maybe the weight loss is improving

I got a fever/flu at the tail end of a three week vacation (where I didn't have access to a gym) that made me lose 15lbs. Mostly water weight but still. People in my life noticed I lost weight which genuinely was the worst but I've gained 6lbs back already, didn't lose any muscle/strength, and have been super consistent with my diet so I'll be back to where I was soon. I just don't like being too lean but overall I'm happy.

I am 5'10''.

I wish I was taller.

Some tops with 5'4'' height dare to say to me that I am short suburban

I think Xtina robbed this smash hit single by refusing to get out of bed and perform it. So.

I am, I worked on it a lot in the past year and my confidence has improved a lot.

Yes!

I used to hate how hairy my body was when I was a teen, but now I love my body hair

I've been super skinny my whole life, and we know how people can be horrible with comments, it goes from "oh my god you're so skinny are you sick?" to "why are you complaining? you don't even have a problem?"
