Katy during witness, she still delivered multiple mvs, she went on tour, promoted a lot and the album is good too. Even for smile i think this applies. Unfortunately she ruined it by running to puke, obviously in hopes of recreating past successes. The album itself was alright, fun bops. It just felt wrong listening to it.

I disagree but i guess it depends on what you consider flopping with class? There's many artists that abandon their eras the second they underperform and she still delivered what her fans expected. Is class something i associate with katy perry in general? No lol
