Yesterday, Dua Lipa was the 13th most streamed female artist on Spotify surpassing Sabrina Carpenter (Spotify Daily Artist).

How this happened?! According to ATRL Sabrina already surpassed her as the new MPG and Dua was already over...

Dua hasn't release a new album or official single since 2024 meanwhile Ms. Carpenter released in 2025 her last album, collab with Madonna and Taylor Swift and performed at Coachella.

Tell me what do you think!

PS: Even before 'Training Season' went viral the gap for both was like 1,5M streams.

Dua - 3 studio albums - approx 55 millions

update: I made a table for you with all stats for you to better understand that no mater what, Dua is ahead of Sabrina despite the fact Sabrina released her first album 2 years before Dua

and also she didnt have to have fake PR relationship and breakup, beefs with other pop girl and support from Taylor Swift to do that

Support Taylor Swift? She has been a Swiftie since day 1. She could have still flopped and support her no matter what.

Dua has yet to prove she is an album seller, she doesn't have a strong fanbase and it's GP driven that's why RO didn't perform well… on the other hand Sabrina proved with MBF that she could sell well and have amazing numbers without releasing too much singles and promoting like Dua did so yeah Sabrina keeps being bigger and will be even more bigger than Dua in the future
