Well, she is on tour and literally just released a new studio album. Obviously experiencing a major boost. The album is undoubtedly a success. These streams just aren't typical.

OT: Katy is a flop and Beyonce is transitioning into a legacy artist who can still pull huge openings and gets the best critical acclaim of all the pop girls. I do think a lot of CC's critical love was because of her reputation rather than the album itself, but the artist's rep at a given time is always a major factor in reviews. Don't think any of this is particularly shocking aside from Billie's stellar performance.

Cowboy Carter is almost a novelty album, and the novelty wore off. Most of her core fans don't listen to country, and she didn't push any of the pop or R&B-leaning songs to build support for the album from the GP.

Honestly, she was lucky Texas Hold 'Em had TikTok virality. But at least the album is quality, got her the accolades she wanted, and was an attempt at challenging herself.

They are all for the standard albums, but ES (deluxe) is doing over 5M so my point still stands. The deluxe is actually just a hair away from outstreaming SNS deluxe too. I find that surprising (and impressive)
