Welcome everyone to ATRL's official Eurovision rate!

Opened with the blessing of @Ace Reject this is a two part rate.

Part 1

Submissions open to determine the songs that will be used in the rate. Each ATRL member can PM me their top 10 Eurovision songs of all time. It does not matter the year nor if they qualified for the finals or not. Your top submission will receive douze points or 12 points, your second ranked song will receive 10 points, third 8 points, and so forth until your final submission receives a single point.

Songs must have competed at the contest or been the official 2020 entries to be eligible. Sadly, Siren Song or We Don't Wanna Putin will be ineligible for this rate.

Rankings must be submitted to me by PM by Friday, September 4th at midnight central US time. The top 85 songs with the most points will move onto part 2.

Part 2

The top 85 songs from part 1 will be announced for the official Eurovision rate. At this point, you will rate every song in the list on a scale from 1-10. This will follow standard ATRL rate format. You'll be allowed to give TWO 0s, TWO 11s, and ONE 12. You may give scores out to one decimal point, so 8.4 is allowed but 7.25 is not allowed. No commentary either, I'd rather the reveals be the time we can all share our opinions on the songs! The list will be posted on Sunday, September 6. The deadline for this will tentatively be Friday, October 23 at midnight central US time. Please PM me the list in the order of the PM list posted here when you finish your rates!

You'll be able to participate in part 2 if you don't participate in part 1 and vice versa. Hope to hear from a lot of you all soon!
