I was interested too and I started googling about the name of the album after the article posted on the previous page. The book that inspired the album was written by Julian of Norwich who would frequently compare motherhood to the divinity of God in her writings and spoke of Christ as a mother in labor who suffers for the sake of the Church. It's a beautiful album cover now that I know this.

Waking up to that album cover via her emailing list was not exactly how I wanted to start my morning, but okay I get that she's going for "childbirth is beautiful" but the styling makes it look terrifying AF.

I wonder if the censored album cover on streaming is intentional art statement or whatever~

I can't stop listening to the song, her voice is just the best. I wasn't sure what to think when I read that she was going to put written religious text to music because I'm Buddhist, but I don't know, you can feel her emotions. She always talked about how depressed she was during Ten Love Songs and you can feel how at peace she is now on this song.
