What the hell??

Damn. Extremely disturbing. For his kids sake, I hope he's okay. He's a troubled and extremely problematic man, but this is no way to go out.

Mental health is a serious issue that only seems to be getting worse and social media's ever-presence is not helping either when awful things like this can be so easily broadcast.

I know a lot of us hate Perez for what he's said and done to our faves in the past, but I hope we can all agree that this is horrifying and refrain from gloating about it. I saw the whole video on FACEBOOK of all places and he's clearly going through some kind of mental health crisis. Hopefully the police got to him before he harmed his children.

I hope the kids are okay.

Very disturbing and so sad, Prayers for Perez Hilton. Please everyone avoid sharing the video. He has children and mental health is very real and very scary.

Never been a fan of his, but this is genuinely sad. I hope his children are alright and he gets the help he so obviously needs.

when @Popboi. was telling me about this earlier it sounded like something from a ******* skit until i seen others talking about it as well regardless of the type of person he is/was, no one deserves this. i hope him and his kids especially are okay. he truly needs help and i hope he gets it.

I watched some of it. In one of the clips he was mentioning that he's a parasite and deserves to die as he was running the knife across his body variously as if he was washing himself with it. The people saying "good" are inhumane and disgusting.

He' the primary reason for Britney's stress and the main generator of the bullying she'd endured 2006 onwards.

This, also he bullied Brittany Murphy for years until she passed away and then he appeared in her documentary like nothing happened. I don't feel sorry for him at all.

It's pretty bad, it's as gory as Ariana covered in blood in the petal video but with gashes everywhere. I don't mean that in a light way either, no one should look it up if you're in any way queasy about gore.

wait i didnt see or hear anything about hostages?????

I found some of the photos on twitter and yeeeeesh I can't stand him for who he's been to our favs but this is not good. I hope he finds healing and that him and his family are okay.

The screenshot of him I saw covered in blood scared the **** out of me, if I didn't realize it was Perez I would've thought it was a still from some horror movie as it looked uncanny.

If this was any female celebrity doing this or having a meltdown he would be blogging about it.

I saw the video on Twitter, maybe I'm desensitized as **** but it looks like fake blood and a butter/bread knife.
