I know the whole idea is "she's sick of the criticism" but that scene is effectively designed to send the message that if you're as thin as she is, people out there will say you can afford to lose more weight.

If anything, she's showing how the alleged ED started meaning that she is aware of her situation, hence why she wore a breastplate in one of the auditions to appear "sexier". At no point in it does she encourage ppl to develop an ED or promotes a "the skinnier the better" mindset though. She literally murders those men who wanted her to get even thinner.

I'll just say my piece that nuance is incredibly important when discussing matters such as this. it is plain to see that she has been struggling and that she is not well. it's a bit eyeroll-worthy of some of y'all to kinda go so far against that and think that any acting like she's healthy is productive at all. I am hoping for the best for her, as more of a casual fan. she is dearly beloved, she's one of America's sweethearts for crying out loud. y'all making jokes about this need to stfu and learn some basic decorum. y'all who are with me and won't shy around the fact that she's been going through it: yes, you get it. y'all who think we should ban any discussion of her health… like cmon. please be slightly more realistic.

@gloamingtheplain I would advise actually watching music videos before commenting on them instead of seeing viral tweets.

She gets told to "lose a few pounds" in this outfit, representing when she debuted in her teens. You're literally admitting you've not even watched the very video you're offended by and are claiming to know the meaning of.

As pointed out, she literally goes on to violently murder the men who told her that.

You've run this poor woman off of social media, the public eye, and more and you're not even fundamentally literate enough to understand the work itself.

And combined with the poor reception to the album, I think she just needs to step away for a few years, recover, and do whatever. I think it was obvious that she was going to halt further promo of the album given how poorly it was received, she did the same with Positions.

regardless, I hope she enjoys her time off. She went from doing 2 movies (yes they filmed all at once, but she still had to do a ton of promo to promote the second film) while releasing 2 albums, and then goes on tour... doing a full theater show after that is crazy in general.

Crazy that people are still believing their OWN headcanon about her situation and strutting around like they're proving a point or something Some of you people are ******* loons

I'm not her fan. I read on her fanpage in Vietnam that she has stopped taking mental health medication and stopped using botox and everything. She's doing fine. Idk how true it is. Maybe she's hiding. I just wish everything well to her. When I scroll on Twitter, there are many mean comments on her body. It's so sad. I was so mad.

surely she can take a break and she should but this statement is a bit in denial to whas going on, like people around her just ignore all the signs and just think its public`s scrunity. But she does look concerning and we are concern for her health, like if people i was close with in real life look like that, i would say something out of love, or will keep checking on them to make sure they are ok.

I love her so much, and I just want her to be healthy, both mentally and physically. Obviously, I love this era, but I want her to make sure she's doing okay and able to continue giving us lots of music, movies, makeup, etc for many years to come, and I hope she realizes that she has lots of people who love and care for her

My post came off a little shady but I love Ari and want the best for her. I'm glad she has the resources to take a break and prioritise her health. I was just taking a different approach and looking at the pr of this because I have nothing to add to the conversation regarding her health.
