Morgan Wallen’s I’m the Problem returns to No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart for a 14th nonconsecutive week on top, as the album steps 3-1 on the list dated Aug. 8. The album — which debuted more than a year ago and has never left the top 10 — earned 80,000 equivalent album units in the United States in the tracking week ending July 30 (up 7%), according to Luminate.

Wallen is likely benefiting from publicity and promotion around a newly released song — which is not on the album — titled “Been by Now.” The track arrived on July 24, the first day of the new chart’s tracking week. (Since the song is not on any of Wallen’s albums, and is a stand-alone track, it does not contribute any chart activity to an album.) Wallen performed the cut for the first time live on July 18 at the Baltimore stop of his Still the Problem Tour. The stadium trek, which launched in April, wrapped on Aug. 1 in Philadelphia.

It’s been nearly seven months since I’m the Problem was last No. 1, on the Jan. 17-dated chart, for its 13th No. 1 frame. Before that, it tallied 12 nonconsecutive weeks from its No. 1 debut on May 31, 2025, through Aug. 30.

With I’m the Problem back at No. 1, it’s the second time this year that an album has returned to the top after more than seven months. On the Feb. 28-dated chart, Bad Bunny’s DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS hopped 2-1, for a fifth nonconsecutive week on the list, and for its first week at No. 1 in nearly eight months. Before that, it was last No. 1 on the May 17, 2025, chart.

Also in the top 10 of the latest Billboard 200 chart, Charli xcx’s new studio album Music, Fashion, Film debuts at No. 3 with 78,000 equivalent album units earned. It’s the fourth top 10-charted set for the singer-songwriter (and second this year), and marks her largest debut week by equivalent album units.

Of I’m the Problem’s 80,000 equivalent album units earned in the latest tracking week, SEA units comprise 78,000 (up 6%, equaling 80.88 million on-demand official streams of the set’s tracks; it spends a 24th nonconsecutive week at No. 1 on Top Streaming Albums), album sales comprise 1,500 (up 31%) and TEA units comprise about 500 (up 8%).

Olivia Rodrigo’s former No. 1 you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love is a non-mover at No. 2, with just under 80,000 equivalent album units earned (down 8%).

Charli xcx collects her fourth top 10 on the Billboard 200 as Music, Fashion, Film starts at No. 3 with 78,000 equivalent album units earned. Of that sum, album sales comprise 57,000 (her best sales week; it debuts at No. 1 on Top Album Sales — her first leader there), SEA units comprise 21,000 (equaling 21.74 million on-demand official streams of the set’s songs; it debuts at No. 23 on Top Streaming Albums) and TEA units comprise a negligible sum.

The set was released for sale in its first week across 15 vinyl variants (including threes signed editions), four CD variants (including two signed editions), four digital download editions (including one with three additional B-sides) and one cassette.
