The way she followed the mega smash that was Diamonds with another mega smash Which is nothing to say of the streak of smashes she had going on before that (Rude Boy - Love the Way You Lie - Only Girl - What's My Name - S&M - We Found Love) and after that (Work - Needed Me - This Is What You Came For - Love on the Brain - Wild Thoughts) I MISS this hitmaker!!!!

She was such a hitmaker. There's a void in the music industry without her releasing hit after hit. It's interesting to think about what recent hit songs may have been hers had she not retired. I assume some recent stuff from Beyoncé since we know she has massive writing camps and I did think some music on Ren/CC such as Cuff It, Texas, Bodyguard, Levi Jeans were her attempt at making songs that sound like hits which was something she wasn't necessarily interested in before now. I mean they quite literally pitched her voice up on THIQUE so she sounds identical to Rih. Rihanna probably would have worked with Amy Allen so maybe Olivia Dean's So Easy (To Fall In Love), maybe Sabrina's Tears/Taste/PPP, Luther or APT

if u think about it, it's not easy to get back-to-back smashes like how she done it

like none of the other MPGs, or the genz pop girlies are doing it despite the void she created when she retired

It should be between Rih and Taylor. But the fact that DSTM is growing nicely now, she could get the edge. But also Needed Me needs to speed it up a bit.

Not exactly my fave song, but what another accomplishment for her. I miss her.

I mean, it's a good ballad, and you know Rih can deliver ballads beautifully. I used to like it back in the day, but I rarely use it nowadays, I prefer Giamonds. Huge smash regardless.

Needed me will be there in 2-3 months, long before DSTM. The question as of now is August vs DSTM, last one winning at this rate

reminder that Diamonds was supposed to hit 2B first but the song has many Remix versions that are stealing streams from the main versions e.g., the Dave Aude versions, Kanye West version, etc.

The fact she was able to smash and deliver quality uptempos, midtepmos, AND BALLADS! What a Queen.
