Oh I like it, it's very in the vibe of the pop/rock from the 90's/00's

Kudos to Troye for trying something different but unfortunately I think he doesn't have the charisma or the pen to pull off a song like this. Maybe leave the spoken word thing to Lana, Charli and Olivia.

I LOVE this but I don't think it's the right choice for a lead single. It's a great album opener though. This is gonna be his Solar Power lowkey, very divisive.

Omg I love this? It's so indie it's giving Wolf Alice? I feel like it sounds like walking home through the city in the sun after work or something. So intrigued now, Jack made me nervous but this sounds like In A Dream and Something To Give Each Other had a one night stand and had an introspective love child who's ready for cans in the park with friends

I get what they're going for but it doesn't work. The "that girl, that girl" hooks works but the spoken word verses don't carry at all - the lyrics are awkward and the tone seems off.

I actually like the song and I do see the vision. But my problem is the vocal production, he sounds like a bored twink doing karaoke.

This rules. Particularly the second half.

i love troye, but unfortunately, i have extremely low expectations when it comes to jack antonoff.

I think the production is very interesting, but the delivery of his talking is plain boring and lifeless. The idea behind the whole song was good, the execution is very poorly done imo.

This is not that good and you're lying to yourself if you think otherwise... lmao. He does not have the type of voice for talking in a song like this unfortunately. The last minute is cute but that's about it. I still have hope for the rest of the album though.

this is so good. i love the talk-singing on the voices, and the whole vibe of this song. i really like this new direction, especially after his last album failed to really capture me
