I hate when I start watching a horror movie too late at night and I get way too sleepy to finish ugh it just ruins the groove. I started watching It Follows on Netflix last night but didn't finish. I'll finish it today though.

Yes, finish it!  The movie is good...well all of it but the pool scene.  You'll see what I mean once you finish it.

I was so used to seeing this thread in Celebria, I was wondering why no one had made it yet. Glad to find it over here.

Can you guys suggest "campy" scary movies. The weather's rainy and i'm in the mood to watch scary movies.

Just watched Tales from the Crypt: Demon Knight.

Talk about so 90s and gory. Loved it's cheesiness. Fan of the show itself too.

I wish there would be a rival in the Slasher genre. I miss the 90s when had all these slashers thanks to Scream.

Yeah I could do with a good slasher revival period.
Everything seems to be about the paranormal right now which gets pretty repetitive.

I watched Child's Play for the first time yesterday.

It's so stupid to me now, but I appriciate how iconic it is and the time frame it was made in. I was so scared of Chucky when I was little :skull:

Scream is pretty campy. It was more funny than scary tbh.

Completely agree. We haven't had an iconic killer since Ghostface(Jigsaw doesn't count). I need Slasher movies to make a comeback. The Final Girls is the best one released recently. It has potential to become a cult classic Trilogy if they play their cards right.

Cabin Fever.  One of my favorite "campy" horror films.  And not the line-for-line remake that was released recently, the 2003 film is what I'm referring to.

That's more of a psychological thriller. Watch the whole movie. All the questions are answered.
