one of them could have posted this two months ago when the harassment of the other one started but you know, better late than never, I guess

Press coverage of the fanbase has overtaken press coverage of the show but there's still been PC BS where pop culture news editors have pulled their punches because it's largely been from young white women. Real talk.

No D to A List rocketing is worth this level of fallout.

I'd say I'm glad they did this, but this will be Exhibit A of the modern Streisand effect.

At least with Heartstopper this dynamic seemed to be mostly from Gen Z.

I'd have more sympathy for the show itself if their petty creator hadn't reduced all of "Looking" to one douching scene. My sympathy is for the stars only who are now firmly A-List regardless of how long this debacle continues.

The show is actually really well done and has some great acting. Unfortunately, there's a very loud toxic section of fans

It's not just middle aged women. A lot of them are teens and women in their 20's - 30's absolutely acting a fool. Just look at the Heated Rivalry rave videos… all women.
