The second side of the album has the Etienne Trilogy which also nibbles on The Second Wave a lot and doesn't take ages to get to the point like Kate.

When I tell you I've been OBSESSED with this album this year, it's my most played album of the year so far still and I kinda agree with the OP. It's def my fav Tori album too.

Floating City is a complete collapse, and Cool on Your Island and Fayth are also both classiques.

Cool on Your Island might be.

i'm glad i've always had my younger sister who is almost as much of a fan to discuss her music. we went together to see her live as teenagers in 2005 (berlin and munich--at the time our family was living in germany). her fave being under the pink and it's b-sides.

Even as someone who considers myself waaay more into Tori than any other person I've ever met in real life, to the extent that I've told everyone I know that Tori's voice from LE through at least Scarlet's Hidden Treasures is the single most beautiful sound in the universe, I have to admit I've never listened to this album. I knew about it obviously, but just never tapped the play button. This thread inspired me to finally take the leap
