The recent political shift that Nicki made feels like it left a power vacuum, but doja, cardi and megan don't seem to command the genre the way Nicki once did. Is there a new queen, or is that era over?

doja isn't comparable to the other 3, she's a genuine shapeshifter and can outperform them in most rap/pop/r&b disciplines with ease if we're being totally honest.

it's not about capabilities anyway, nicki reigned in a very different era of the industry to what it is now.

i totally agree i also think that doja is the most talented of them all, but there is not a rap girl who dominated the genre the way she did

Nicki was super prolific but Cardi definitely has quality/acclaim over quantity. And she's pure rap. Nicki could never put out a quality album
