Well, considering they crossed 1 billion streams in almost exactly the same amount of time and Ophelia didn't have the much more aggressive 2024 Spotify algorithm and it was the fastest song of 2025 to cross 1 billion streams and BOAF wasn't even in the top 3 fastest 2024 songs AND Ophelia's chart peaks and runs decimate it, yes I'd say they're comparable.

But Abracadabra even had the friendlier, much more aggressive algorithm so maybe we should compare it to something like Lavender Haze or ICIWABH instead.

TFOO will end up in the top 1-5 biggest hits released in 2025, placing in nearly the exact same spot as BoaF. It's undeniable that the Spotify algorithm greatly changed between 2024 and 2025. Even that couldn't help Abra cross 1 billion streams in less than two years, though.

That's because BOAF wasn't a single immediately

TFOA had massive autoplay and is nowhere near BOAF. Its numbers look better on the front end because it was serviced as a single immediately, whereas BOAF's longevity is unmatched.
