One year ago today, the iconic Abracadabra chart thread was created. At one point, while awaiting the Day 2 numbers, 150+ members were browsing the thread with an additional 300+ in the Gaga base. The forum was on fire. And while many got WPs or downright banned, the thread really made the OGHs' world shatter.

The way it would be a MASSIVE HIT for some specific artist whose name I'd rather not mention cause we all have moved on from them since 2014 The only reason Abracadabra missed the top 10 was because of the Superbowl when 4 kendrick songs shot up to the top 10.

I remember cackling at that thread. The way Monsters were quoting like 50 people with the most ridiculous and insane posts after the rise first week only for those same people to quote them back a week later when it start falling down the charts

My favorite moment was when hive could no longer call it a flop when it started out streaming their fav's entire newest album.

I had only heard the "A.BRACADABRA. ABRA CADAAAABRAAAA" leak of the song and wasn't sure I'd like it, the song turned out to be such a smash. I love when pop girls put out GOOD music

Your wording makes it sound like it was a flop, just not a complete flop when it's a hit in every sense of that word.

It didn't drop down the charts until two months after its release. The qouting back was when it dropped a couple of spots which was ridiculous because it showed how desperate the OGHs were for any negativity.

Global charts were always relevant but the Global 200 chart is relatively new and this was the first major solo Gaga release since its inception so that's why you heard about it because it showed you what songs were popular globally, not locally. The only reason you're holding onto the Hot 100 and its #13 peak which isn't even that bad considering its entire chart run and overall units is because it's the only thing semi-saving your egged face.
